My name is Glenn, and I grew up right here in the Buckeye Lake - Newark area. When I was a kid, me and my friends had an old pool hall we could go to. It wasn't fancy. It wasn't modern. But it was affordable and safe. It was ours. It kept us out of trouble, gave us a place to belong, and became the backdrop of some of the best memories of my childhood.
Places like this don't really exist anymore.
Not the safe ones.
Not the affordable ones.
Not the ones that feel like home.
Now that I'm a father, and I look at my kids and think about what they will have as they grow up. I want them to have a place where they can laugh, play, and be around other good kids. A place where families can spend time together without worrying about the cost. A place that feels safe, warm, and full of joy.
Laser tag became part of my life years ago while I was living in Charlotte NC. I fell in love with the game, the energy, the teamwork, the excitement. So much so I started working at a local facility. But while managing it I saw something that didn't sit right with me, most laser tag facilities were built around squeezing every dollar out of families instead of serving the community around them.
I believe there's a better way.
I believe fun and community can coexist.
I believe every neighborhood deserves a place where kids and families can connect.
I'm not a corporation. I'm not backed by investors. I'm just a regular guy with a retail job, a family I love, and a dream that's bigger than my bank account. So I'm starting where I can, with mobile laser tag. It's the first step towards something much bigger.
This is my dream.
This is my heart.
This is for my kids and for every kid who needs a place like I once had.
And because this dream is personal, I want you to see who you're supporting. This is my family. This is who I'm building this for.
