  • Flat Event Fee: $500 (covers setup, staff, equipment)
  • Ticket Sales: $5 per player
  • Revenue Split: 70% Tag Nation / 30% Event

Tag Nation brings the fun directly to you. We proudly serve families, schools, churches, and community events within a 50-mile radius of Buckeye Lake, Ohio 

Backyards, gyms, fields, event spaces, if you got room to play, we'll be there.

No Travel Fees Within 50 Miles

All packages booked within our 50-mile service radius include travel at no extra cost.

That means:

  • No milage charges
  • No hidden fees
  • No surprise add-ons

If you're inside the radius, your package price is all-inclusive. 

Travel Fees Beyond 50 Miles

For events outside our 50-mile radius, we keep things simple and predictable with a Flat travel fee for every 50 miles traveled.

Example Breakdown:

  • 0-50 miles  =  included
  • 51 - 100 miles = $50.00
  • 101-150 miles = $100.00
  • 151-200 miles = $150.00

Flat-rate travel keeps everything simple:

  • No complicated mileage math
  • No per-mile charges
  • No confusing formulas

It helps us cover fuel, staff time, and equipment transport while keeping your event affordable and stress-free.

How to Check Your Distance

Checking your distance is quick and easy:

  1. Open your favorite map app
  2. Enter "Buckeye Lake, OH"
  3. Enter your event address
  4. Check the milage

If you're within 50 miles, your all set. If your beyond 50 miles, we'll calculate your flat travel fee during booking. 

Festival Frenzy Travel Info

Festival Frenzy (our fair & festival package) follows the same travel rules.

If your fair, homecoming, or town event is outside the 50-mile radius, the flat travel fee applies.

This keeps pricing consistent and easy for organizers.

Most backyards, gyms, fields, and open indoor spaces work great.

If you can comfortably host a small group outdoors or in a gym, you have enough room for tag nation.

Tag Nation is recommended for ages 8 and up.

Younger kids can participate with supervision, but ages 8-16 get the best experience.

Yes, Tag Nation uses eye-safe infrared technology(similar to a TV remote.) 

There are no projectiles, no pain, and every session is supervised by a trained Game Marshal.

For safety, we do not operate in rain, even light rain.

Wet ground increase the risk of slipping during gameplay.

If weather becomes unsafe or rain is expected, we will reschedule your event at no cost. 

Your safety and experience always come first.

No - we are fully mobile and self-contained.
